  • This is a free tool provided "as-is" with no warranties. Use it at your own risk.
  • You are responsible for the content you create and upload. Don't post anything illegal or harmful.
  • We own the site, but you own the content you generate. Some of our images have specific restrictions (see below).

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Discord Role Gradient Tester ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or link to while using the Service, including text and images ("User Content"). You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or disseminate any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the site owner (FlashSkyNews).

Certain assets used for demonstration purposes are subject to their own licenses and are not covered by the MIT License of this project's source code. Specifically, the following assets may not be reused without permission from their respective owners: kay0-head-dark.webp, avatar.webp, and peepoHappyDank.webp.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The use of the Service is at your own risk. We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the site owner be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
